Project Management Senior Specialist - Climate Technology Solutions

The Climate Technology Solutions (CTS) organization plays a key role in the global energy transition, delivering hydrogen, carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), clean power, and emissions management projects across industrial and energy sectors.

CTS supports customers across the full project lifecycle, from early feasibility and FEED through execution, commissioning, and performance optimization, leveraging Baker Hughes’ extensive technology portfolio and global project execution capabilities.
Joining the CTS Equipment team, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of complex projects, innovative products, related activities and resources.
As Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions , you will be responsible for:

driving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments
-
being the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes
-
making sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets
-
addressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out.
-
acting as innovator, able to work with complex EPC projects, including New Products Development (NPD) content.
-
interface with subject matter experts across hydrogen technologies, CCUS processes, turbomachinery, compression, and digital solutions as applicable.
To be successful in this role you will have:
-
Engineering master’s degree (Mechanical, Chemical, Energy, or equivalent) and 3-years’ experience in Project Management in Oil&Gas, Energy or Industrial sector
-
proficiency in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash
-
strong focus on value delivery and customer satisfaction
-
Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management capabilities
-
ability to manage projects in fast‑moving, ambiguous, and evolving energy‑transition environments.

Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) leadership throughout the project lifecycle
-
thorough knowledge of T&Cs glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management
-
technical background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture, geothermal and energy storage
-
availability to travel internationally to visit customers, vendors or Baker Hughes locations
-
project management certification from accredited institute (e.g. PMP, IPMA)

The initial pay range for this position will be EUR 51,200 To 70,400.
he provisions of Contratto Collettivo Industria Metalmeccanica e della installazione di impianti will be applied to this position. Section VI – Titolo IV of that collective bargaining agreement relates to pay.
