Job description

Your tasks

  • First point of contact for all HR metrics related questions
  • Creation of analyses: personnel expenses, fluctuation and illness rates, and other relevant KPIs to support decision-making processes
  • Development and creation of reports for management and committees
  • Advising HR management and executive board on strategic implementation
  • Projects: Ad-hoc analyses and participation in interdisciplinary projects
  • People Analytics: Development of use cases and implementation
  • Development and implementation of strategic personnel planning

Your qualifications

  • Completed business degree with focus on HR management or controlling
  • Alternatively, qualified commercial training with relevant controlling/HR controlling certifications
  • Minimum 6 years experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or comparable field
  • Must-Have: IT affinity, analytical thinking, understanding of complex relationships and processes
  • Desired: Experience with SAP modules (HCM, SuccessFactors, CO, Business Warehouse, SAC)
  • Careful, structured work approach with high degree of discretion
  • Strong communication and team skills
  • Flexibility and service orientation with strong "hands-on" mentality
  • Excellent German and English skills
