Job description
Your tasks
- First point of contact for all HR metrics related questions
- Creation of analyses: personnel expenses, fluctuation and illness rates, and other relevant KPIs to support decision-making processes
- Development and creation of reports for management and committees
- Advising HR management and executive board on strategic implementation
- Projects: Ad-hoc analyses and participation in interdisciplinary projects
- People Analytics: Development of use cases and implementation
- Development and implementation of strategic personnel planning
Your qualifications
- Completed business degree with focus on HR management or controlling
- Alternatively, qualified commercial training with relevant controlling/HR controlling certifications
- Minimum 6 years experience in HR controlling, HR analytics or comparable field
- Must-Have: IT affinity, analytical thinking, understanding of complex relationships and processes
- Desired: Experience with SAP modules (HCM, SuccessFactors, CO, Business Warehouse, SAC)
- Careful, structured work approach with high degree of discretion
- Strong communication and team skills
- Flexibility and service orientation with strong "hands-on" mentality
- Excellent German and English skills
