Role Overview: As a Principal Energy Supply, you will work directly with our clients and Boston Consulting Group colleagues on projects to unlock value from electricity and gas sales, customer solutions and energy networks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical support for energy industry customers
• Support in translating business concepts into solution designs
• Definition and design of solutions for customer service
• Managing large transformation programs
• Building and leading energy supply expert teams

Requirements:

• Above-average degree in (business) informatics, business administration, or energy engineering
• Minimum 8 years experience in energy suppliers, software development
• Leadership experience with larger teams
• Experience with industry-standard energy supply software
• Fluent in German and English
