Your tasks

• Advise and support Export Control Officers worldwide on sanctions law and export control matters
• Coordinate and support Local Compliance Officers in specific regions
• Drive initiatives for development and improvement of global compliance programs
• Manage digitalization of compliance processes and tools
• Develop and evaluate internal compliance policies
• Conduct regular training for employees, managers and Local Compliance Officers
• Work on cross-functional projects including sustainability initiatives
• Report to Head of Corporate Compliance

Your qualifications

• First and preferably second state law examination or comparable international degree
• Solid professional experience in compliance
• In-depth knowledge of sanctions law and export control
• Strong interest in business and corporate contexts
• High professional and social competence with strong communication skills
• Ability to work both independently and in teams
• High level of integrity
• Native German and business fluent English skills
