Work Dynamics | Integrated Facilities Management (IFM)

Role Overview

The Environment & Manager is a key member of JLL’s IFM team, responsible for driving environmental performance, strategy, and data-led insights across the client’s Asia portfolio. This role combines technical expertise, data analytics, stakeholder management, and program delivery across energy, emissions, water, waste, and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Energy & Environmental Management Program

  • Develop and execute energy management or strategy, including local site-level plans.
  • Implement energy and programs to reach objectives.
  • Drive operational improvements through the identification and implementation of opportunities to improve energy and performance across regional portfolio and building-level perspective.
  • Analyze energy and utility data to identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Implement programs to reduce energy, water, and waste consumption.
  • Monitor KPIs and benchmarks.
  • Resolve utility billing discrepancies.

Environmental Data Management & Reporting

  • Manage utility data (energy, gas, water, waste) including validation and reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and audit readiness.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports including carbon emissions.
  • Maintain data management platforms.

Strategy & Program Development

  • Develop sustainable FM programs and carbon reduction initiatives.
  • Support smart building strategies and digital platforms.
  • Prepare business cases for projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Compliance, Standards & Certifications

  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Support ISO 14001 and lifecycle assessment frameworks.
  • Assist in green building certifications (, WELL, GRIHA).
  • Align with , GRESB, and UN frameworks.

& Governance

  • Collaborate with clients, site teams, and consultants.
  • Drive awareness and engagement.
  • Provide guidance to achieve goals.

Performance Objectives

  • Deliver accurate and timely environmental reporting.
  • Provide actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Improve resource efficiency and reduce environmental impact.
  • Enhance and adoption.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or related field (preferred).
  • 5-10 years of or environmental management experience.
  • Experience in multi-site or regional environments preferred.
  • Certifications such as , WELL, GRIHA are advantageous.

Technical Skills & Competencies

  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of facility operations and building systems.
  • Strong communication and skills.
  • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and team player.
