Strategy Development & Implementation Develop and execute comprehensive strategies aligned with client objectives and industry best practices. Lead the implementation of carbon reduction programs, energy efficiency initiatives, and principles across property portfolios. Establish roadmaps and action plans that support net-zero commitments and targets.

Reporting & Compliance Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting in accordance with frameworks such as GRESB, , , and . Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and building certifications including , BREEAM, WELL, and ENERGY STAR. Prepare reports and disclosures for stakeholders and regulatory bodies.

Energy & Carbon Management Oversee energy audits, assessments, and greenhouse gas emissions inventories. Identify and implement energy efficiency measures, opportunities, and building optimization strategies. Track and report on energy consumption, carbon emissions, and progress toward reduction targets.
