The Technical Support Engineer ensures Baker Hughes delivers flawless execution by providing Technical Support to the Service Delivery and Sales organizations when needed in pre-planning, job execution, and post-job analysis
As Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:
• Ensuring operational compliance with Manage the Job Cycle (MtJC) process
• 24/7 Support for Critical Operations in the field when needed
• Focusing on preventing failures through active monitoring and corrective action planning
• Facilitate or lead incident investigations and develops RCA reports, technical or field bulletins
• Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions resulting from root cause analysis investigations
• Sharing lessons learned with the field population
