Broadridge is hiring! We are searching for a Lead Financial Analyst, you will have the opportunity to assist in setting up expectations for management, deliver timely financial information including results, forecasting, and budgeting, ad-hoc analysis, predictive modeling, and performance against key operating metrics.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented professional to join our team. In this role, you will help set financial expectations for management and deliver timely, accurate financial information, including results reporting, forecasting, budgeting, ad hoc analysis, predictive modeling, and performance tracking against key operating metrics. This position reports to the Senior Director.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with some working knowledge of Power BI. They will have strong analytical skills, pay close attention to detail, and the have the ability to present financial insights clearly and effectively are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and automate financial reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to senior management.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable data infrastructure that supports the FP&A team’s needs.

  • Build and manage comprehensive financial datasets, ensuring accuracy, integrity, and accessibility

  • Leading ICS Consolidations process

  • Partnering with Corporate FP&A on ad-hoc analysis and BAU deliverables

  • Driving Operating Plan, Strat Plan, Monthly Results and Monthly Forecasts

  • Partnering with Business Unit FP&A Leads to review results

  • Variance Analysis including commentary and presentation of results

  • Partner with Sales Finance team and assist in monthly deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in finance preferably FP&A or Decision Support functions

  • Excellent analytical, financial and business management skills with good understanding of P&L management

  • High proficiency in Excel and MS Office Applications is a must

  • Understanding of Finance data flow and tools

  • Proficiency in financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and financial modeling

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide insights

  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex ideas to actionable messages

  • Highly collaborative with the ability to influence multiple internal partners to drive results in a matrixed environment

  • Proactive mindset with a desire to drive change

  • Drives change management initiatives with a focus on embedding AI into everyday workflows to improve productivity, insights, and scalability.

  • Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure, navigate through ambiguity, draw linkages, and balance multiple priorities

  • Attention to detail is a must

Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is between $110,000 - $120,000.

Bonus Eligibility: Bonus Eligible
