About the Role
LexisNexis is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented B2B Event Marketing Specialist to support the planning, execution, and optimization of events and webinars that promote our market-leading legal technology and AI-driven research solutions.
This role is ideal for an early-career marketing professional who is passionate about event marketing, thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment, and wants to gain hands-on experience in event management. You’ll play a key role in engaging clients and prospects through live and virtual experiences that strengthen LexisNexis’ reputation as the trusted leader in legal innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Event & Webinar Execution

Support the planning and delivery of webinars, industry conferences, and sponsored events.

Coordinate logistics such as registration setup, speaker preparation, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up.

Partner with the Sales, Product, and Consulting teams to ensure event goals align with business priorities.

Manage event timelines and ensure all deliverables are met on schedule.
Marketing Campaign Support

Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that drive registration and engagement for events and webinars.

Work with the design and content teams to produce on-brand promotional materials (emails, social posts, landing pages, event assets).

Contribute to audience segmentation and targeted outreach to maximize attendance and lead quality.
Reporting & Optimization

Track event and webinar performance using Salesforce, marketing automation, and analytics tools.

Analyze attendee engagement, conversion rates, and pipeline impact to inform continuous improvement.

Maintain an updated event calendar and share performance insights with stakeholders.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Support internal and external communications to ensure seamless event delivery.

Coordinate with vendors, partners, and speakers to align expectations and deliver exceptional attendee experiences.

Collaborate across the marketing organization to leverage LexisNexis’ brand presence in digital and thought leadership channels.
Requirements:

1–2 years of marketing experience (internships or prior event coordination roles preferred).

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., ON24, Zoom Webinar, GoToWebinar) and CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot).

Collaborative team player with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.

Possess a growth mindset and looking to engage with colleagues on new ideas as we lead in the legal AI market.
U.S. National Base Pay Range: $48,900 - $81,500. Geographic differentials may apply in some locations to better reflect local market rates.
