Job Description:
Job Purpose
- Develop Castrol offer (a coordinated view on sales, product, brand, and service).
- Deliver of Castrol offer delivery and performance tracking.
- Continues improvement on current offer base on market and customer requirement.
- Prepare for differentiated and innovative offer for new space (EV, Service, etc.)
Key Accountabilities
- Own the customer offer team in an agile approach to deliver the outstanding offer pack to drive sales/revenue achievement and company strategy succeed.
- Provide deep-dive sales, channel and market insight and improvement ideas for offer competitive and optimization.
- Understand customer needs and market trend on total offer with external focus and initiation.
- Connect with internal team, integrate and consolidate offer and document it, guide team for offer successful landing.
- Organize and lead offer details publishing and delivering to customer and partners.
- Track offer result and business performance with help from digital team.
- Analyse performance data to identify and solve problems, devise improvement plans, and forecast needs to set distribution goals.
- Co-work with cross-function team to develop and lead distribution budgets, support sales for customer negotiation and implement strategies to reduce costs while maintaining efficiency.
- Lead the internal sales capability building and work with marketing on external partner loyalty building by providing significant knowledge transfer
- Lead a team of d background and seniority and empower them to perform their best. Guide own team for self-development.
Job Requirements
Education
- Minimum: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience
- Proven strong business understanding and awareness of internal and external customer needs
- Previous customer management experience.
