Key Responsibilities

  • Operate as an individual contributor within brewing operations, supporting delivery of key shift and project priorities.

  • Apply conceptual knowledge within brewing while developing additional skills across related disciplines.

  • Monitor brewing conditions and quality parameters, identifying deviations and taking appropriate corrective action.

  • Support identification of production issues and assist with technical diagnosis related to equipment or process performance.

  • Analyse problems and propose solutions using judgement, experience, and established precedents.

  • Maintain compliance with health & safety procedures, environmental protocols, and quality standards.

  • Support, mentor, or provide guidance to more junior team members when required.

  • Communicate complex or sensitive information clearly and effectively to stakeholders.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across brewing and wider operations.

About you

  • Strong communicator with ability to convey technical or complex information in a clear way.

  • Demonstrable problem‑solving capability with a proactive, improvement‑focused approach.

  • Experience in production operations within a quality‑driven or process‑led environment.

  • Understanding of beverage production processes, quality systems, safety and environmental standards (or willingness to develop).

  • Scientific and/or engineering qualification or demonstrable relevant operational experience.

  • Brewing experience beneficial but not essential—full on‑site training will be provided.

  • Demonstrates pride in work standards, accountability, and process ownership.
