Corporate Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans and foreign exchange. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic business plans for the SME Banking segment, aligning with the overall Institutional Banking Group's objectives
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and formulate effective strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute initiatives that enhance the SME Banking value proposition
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of SME Banking products and services, and recommend improvements to drive profitability and customer satisfaction
• Provide strategic insights to the SME Banking leadership team to support decision-making and drive business growth
• Support SME business needs for better Employee & Custoemr journeys, such as raising system enhancement requirements, launching/refining credit programs, etc

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and develop data-driven recommendations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse stakeholders
• Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and implementing strategic initiatives that drive business growth and profitability
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Familiarity with the SME Banking landscape and an understanding of the unique needs and challenges of small and medium-sized enterprises
