Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive employee communications strategy to engage and inspire the workforce, fostering a strong employer brand
- Creative compelling and digital-first content to effectively bring DBS' Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to life across channels & touchpoints
- Drive and execute mega staff events end-to-end, including planning, logistics and on-ground coordination
- Manage social media deliverables for people-related initiatives, position DBS as Employer of Choice (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook etc.)
- Develop advertorial content and lead award submissions to strengthen DBS' employer brand
- Leverage data and analytics to measure the impact of communications and make data-driven decisions to optimise content and campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and impactful messaging across DBS
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in employee communications and employer branding, and implement innovative approaches
- Demonstrate proficiency in using GenAI tools for content creation, design and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in employee communications, employer branding or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful employee communications and employer branding strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong ability to craft compelling, engaging and impactful content
- Hands-on experience with video production, editing and content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite & Canva
- Proficient in using social media platforms, understanding platform dynamics, algorithms and analytics
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret engagement data and present evidence-based insights
- Demonstrated experience in leveraging GenAI tools for content creation, design and automation
- Adaptable and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across different teams and stakeholders
