Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of talented professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the team's performance and achieve organizational goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the team, ensuring efficient workflow and effective resource allocation
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Identify and address training and development needs of the team, providing coaching and mentoring as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align initiatives and ensure seamless service delivery

- Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams in a customer-centric environment
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic plans to drive business growth
- Proficient in using relevant tools and technologies to enhance team productivity and efficiency
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing business needs
