Job description
Job Objective
This role provides support to the unit head, unit COO and unit management, encompassing unit operation and business management. Responsibilities include tracking and analyzing business performance, managing operational risk controls, collecting and analyzing business and operating data, and coordinating key unit initiatives and administration. Additionally, the role serves as a Personal Assistant to the unit head, incl. managing daily itinerary, travel arrangements and other assistance tasks instructed by unit head.
Principal Responsibilities
- Coordination and project management support on key initiatives & projects of CN GTS.
- Personal assistant to unit head, responsible include managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements, encompassing transport and accommodation. The role also involves acting as the first point of contact, handling correspondence, organizing events, and preparing reports or presentations to ensure efficient daily operations and optimize the unit head's time.
- Support unit Risk officer on risk & control tasks.
- Support unit Data officer on business data analysis.
- Support unit Finance officer on business performance material preparation.
- Support unit Business officer on sales performance data maintenance & analysis.
- Support unit COO on other unit level administrative tasks.
Education and Relevant Experience
- Bachelor or above.
- Degree holder preferably in Computer Science, Math and Statistics or business or finance related discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in banking industry will be preferred but not a must.
- Possesses excellent written and verbal English communication skills, enabling clear and effective interaction in a professional environment.
