Job Summary
ERM is seeking motivated early career Consultants to join our Social Performance teams in Perth. You will be part of a dynamic technical team responsible for consulting on social performance matters.

Some key attributes for success

• A recognised bachelor’s degree in a social science or related discipline. Professional registration would be an asset.

• Recent graduate to 5 years of experience or looking for a career change.

• Excellent writing, communication, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

• Relationship building skills with colleagues and clients.

• Experience working as part of an integrated team to develop social impact assessments, engage with stakeholders or other related scopes of work would be an added advantage.
