Job description

ERM is seeking a motivated Consultant to join our Corporate and Climate Change (CSCC) team in Milan. You will support clients across corporate and financial sectors in addressing challenges and advancing their transition to a low-carbon economy.

Your Role

Working in an international environment, you will contribute to a range of projects with a strong technical focus, including:

GHG accounting and carbon footprinting (Scope 1, 2, and 3)
() development and decarbonization pathways
Life Cycle Assessment () studies
Implementation of ISO standards (e.g. , ISO 14067)
strategy and performance improvement

Key responsibilities:

Analyze GHG data and perform emissions calculations
Support GHG inventory development and target setting
Conduct assessments and interpret results
Assist clients with ISO certification processes
Prepare high-quality reports and client presentations

About You

Relevant degree (e.g. , environmental engineering, climate science)
Experience in consulting, , or climate-related roles
Knowledge of , , methodologies, and ISO standards
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Excellent communication and writing skills
Fluent in Italian and English

The recommended recruiting range for this role is €32,000 - €39,000.
