- Define content strategy and curation for the brand’s social media channel and other digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and business objectives.
- Concept, design, and produce visual content across multiple formats—including motion graphics, social media posts, and campaign key visuals—to support both always-on and campaign initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across touchpoints, from design to video to copy.
- Work hand-in-hand with the digital performance team, using data and performance metrics to continuously optimize creative assets for engagement and reach.
- Stay on top of content trends, creator culture, and platform innovations to keep DBS Indonesia's brand presence fresh, relevant, and innovative.
Qualifications & Competencies
- Solid and proven experience in creative content development (video, design, social) within banking, FMCG, tech, media, or agency environments.
- Proven experience in developing and executing content strategy for platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram.
- A social-native creator who understands platform behaviors, audience preferences, and how to tailor content for maximum impact.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a mixof graphic design and motion/video work—from branded content to social-first visuals.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop); bonus if familiar with Figma, CapCut, or other trending creative tools. Has knowledge or experience in producing content with Gen AI software is a plus.
- A sharp storyteller with an eye for visual detail and a strong sense of narrative flow across mediums.
- Data-informed mindset: able to translate analytics into actionable creative insights and iterations.
