Release & Environment Manager

The Release Manager / Environment Manager will be responsible for owning and managing the release processes across DEV/SIT, UAT, Preprod, and Production environments. This role ensures that all environments remain in sync, coordinates cutovers with infrastructure and DevOps teams, and drives smooth, controlled deployments across the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee end-to-end release processes across all environments.

• Ensure environment consistency, version control, and alignment between development and production.

• Coordinate release cutovers and deployments with cross-functional teams (infra, DevOps, application owners).

• Track and report release progress and issues using established tools and governance frameworks.

• Work closely with project and operations teams to ensure release readiness and minimize downtime.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

• Proficiency in release orchestration and environment management.

• Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow.

• Excellent communication and cross-team coordination skills.
