Working closely with the Indigenous Strategy Executive Sponsor and Indigenous Strategy team, this role will provide day-to-day leadership, coordination, and across the business. The successful candidate will bring strong program leadership, relationship-building skills, and credibility to engage senior leaders, clients, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary owner and steward of the RAP, maintaining momentum, visibility, and accountability across the organization

• Translate RAP commitments into clear priorities, workplans, milestones, and success measures

Governance, Program & Project Management

• Provide strong program and project management oversight for all RAP initiatives, including tracking progress, managing risks, and escalating issues as needed

• Establish and maintain appropriate governance forums, reporting, and updates for senior leadership and key stakeholders

• Ensure alignment between RAP activities and broader Inclusion & Diversity, Indigenous strategy, and business priorities

Indigenous Recruiting Strategy

  • Own Accenture Canada's Indigenous talent pipeline strategy, establishing community partnerships and sourcing channels that generate sustainable candidate flow across career levels

  • Advise senior recruiting and business leaders on Indigenous talent market dynamics, translating insight into adjustments to hiring strategy and outreach

  • Set the framework connecting community sourcing to recruiting execution - including prioritization, intake, and pipeline governance

& Advisory

• Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, account teams, and corporate functions on Indigenous-related initiatives and opportunities

• Engage stakeholders across the business to provide guidance on Indigenous engagement in RFPs and proposals, client connections and relationship-building, and partnerships, events, and community engagement

• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leaders, employee networks, and external Indigenous partners

External Representation & Thought Leadership

• Act as a visible representative and spokesperson for the RAP internally and externally, as appropriate

• Support external engagements with Indigenous organizations, clients, and industry bodies in partnership with leadership

CCIB Certification Oversight

• Own and oversee our Canadian Council for Indigenous Business (CCIB) certification, ensuring ongoing compliance and progress

• Lead efforts to advance and maintain certification, with a specific focus on achieving and sustaining silver level

• Coordinate evidence gathering, reporting, and stakeholder inputs required for certification and renewal

Measurement & Impact

• Partner with internal teams to track, measure, and report on the impact of RAP activities
