About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join Accenture Song’s Design & Digital Products (DDP) practice. In this role, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products and experiences for leading clients across industries.
You will operate across the full product lifecycle—from shaping product vision and strategy through to delivery and optimisation—working closely with cross-functional teams spanning design, technology, and business stakeholders. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, delivery leadership, and strong in complex enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities

Define and lead digital product strategy, vision, and roadmap aligned to client and business objectives

Own end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and ideation through to delivery, launch, and continuous optimisation

Translate business goals and customer needs into actionable product plans, features, and prioritised backlogs

Partner closely with design, engineering, and data teams to deliver high-quality, customer-centric digital products

Lead prioritisation decisions using customer insights, data, and commercial outcomes to maximise value

Engage and influence senior stakeholders (client and internal), providing clear direction and strategic recommendations

Drive alignment across multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive and effective delivery

Oversee delivery execution, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met

Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, proactively managing delivery outcomes

Champion agile ways of working and product-led delivery practices across teams

Contribute to business development activities, including shaping proposals and supporting client growth opportunities

Drive adoption of emerging technologies (including AI-enabled delivery) to enhance product outcomes and team productivity
About You

Proven experience as a Product Manager within digital, platform, or experience-led environments

Demonstrated ability to define and deliver product strategy in complex enterprise or consulting environments

Experience leading cross-functional teams across design, technology, and business stakeholders

Strong commercial acumen and ability to link product decisions to business value and outcomes

Excellent stakeholder management skills, including influence at senior leadership levels
-
Deep understanding of agile, product-led delivery frameworks and practices
-
Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complexity into clear direction
-
Experience in industries such as banking, financial services, telco, or retail is highly regarded
-
Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and managing multiple priorities
