Responsibilities
提供房貸既有客戶增貸服務,達到既定的 KPI。 幫助解決與房貸客戶相關的問題,例如房貸帳戶變更、轉換等系統流程,為內部和外部客戶提供優質的服務,並及時回報任何潛在的重大問題。 確保Retention團隊內的所有營運支援工作流程均實施適當的內部控制,以保護銀行免受潛在聲譽風險,營運欺詐或財務風險暴露。
Requirements
良好溝通能力,有服務熱忱、細心、效率、優秀的解決問題能力。 專科以上畢業,至少2年以上客戶服務經驗,在銀行或金融服務業有房貸經驗尤佳。 熟悉電腦作業( Word/Excel ),致力於持續學習和職業發展。
