Job description
ERM is looking for a part-time Office Manager / Team Assistant at our Brussels office.
Responsibilities:
Office Management (IT & Facilities)
- First point of contact for local IT issues, liaising with Group IT
- Manage day-to-day office operations (facilities, supplies, safety, etc.)
- Oversee access, parking, mail handling, and vendor management
- Coordinate meeting rooms, desk booking and visitor management
- Ensure local presence in Brussels, especially for Reach Centrum meetings
- Support onboarding and offboarding logistics
- Manage and follow-up shared mailboxes
- Support Reach Centrum meeting logistics and administrative flow, Archiving documents
- Arranging couriers + accepting the deliveries
- Work together with the Office Manager of Antwerp
- Support with collecting the data collection 2x/year
Team Assistant / Coordination Support (secondary scope)
- Coordination of agendas, meetings and team planning
- Travel booking and logistics coordination
- General administrative coordination support (non project-heavy)
- Provide administrative support to projects (report formatting, data entry, invoice drafting, form submissions)
- Support our LPMR Team with equipment logistics (orders, shipments, calibration, tracking)
- Organize team support (meetings, training registrations, templates, accreditation follow-up)
- Act as backup for office/IT support when needed
Key requirements

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to manage both operational office topics and coordination tasks
- Hands-on, proactive and service-oriented mindset
- Ability to work across multiple locations and stakeholders
- Fluency in French and English, Dutch is a plus
