Job description

M&A Lead, Middle East

This presents a major opportunity for ERM to expand its  and technical advisory footprint across the Middle East by building deeper, in‑country relationships at senior level.

We are seeking a Partner or Director for KSA, whose primary role is to open doors, identify clients, cultivate long‑term relationships and secure major  and  advisory mandates. • Work closely with ERM’s global specialists to shape winning proposals and assemble delivery teams.

  • Focus on opening doors, initiating conversations and securing mandates. Technical delivery will be managed by ERM’s broader team.

Collaboration and Internal Leadership

  • Collaborate with ERM Partners across , Corporate , M&A and Low Carbon Economy to ensure regional opportunities are converted and delivered.

  • Advise internal teams on cultural expectations, engagement norms and relationship‑building approaches unique to the Middle Eastern market.

  • Contribute to developing a regional growth plan for advisory services.

Reputation and Market Presence

  • Represent ERM in the regional investment community through targeted engagement at events, investor roundtables and senior forums.

  • Strengthen ERM’s visibility with sovereign wealth funds and key decision‑making bodies.

  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of Middle Eastern investment priorities, regional strategy agendas and evolution.
