What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

• Projects: Support ongoing initiatives across the property portfolio, including energy and carbon data collection, basic analysis, research, and reporting
• Carbon & Green Building Initiatives: Assist with group-wide carbon abatement efforts, design features in development projects, and environmental scans to inform policies and practices
• Thermal Comfort & IEQ Assessments: Support the planning and execution of thermal comfort and indoor environmental quality assessments, including surveys, on-site measurements, data organisation, and comparison against relevant standards
• Stakeholder & Team Support: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance outcomes and support day-to-day project coordination

Group Property Management plays a critical role in enabling OCBC’s business and ambitions by managing and enhancing the bank’s physical environment. The function partners closely with facilities, engineering, project teams, and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across property development and operations.
