What you do

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Projects: Support ongoing initiatives across the property portfolio, including energy and carbon data collection, basic analysis, research, and reporting
  • Carbon & Green Building Initiatives: Assist with group-wide carbon abatement efforts, design features in development projects, and environmental scans to inform policies and practices
  • Thermal Comfort & IEQ Assessments: Support the planning and execution of thermal comfort and indoor environmental quality assessments, including surveys, on-site measurements, data organisation, and comparison against relevant standards
  • Stakeholder & Team Support: Work with internal teams and external stakeholders to advance outcomes and support day-to-day project coordination

The function partners closely with facilities, engineering, project teams, and external stakeholders to embed sustainable practices across property development and operations.
