Job description

Job Summary:

As a Consultant - Corporate & Climate Change Advisory**,** you will lead and execute and projects across Southeast Asia, combining technical expertise with on-ground implementation. This role involves client engagement, field assessments, and delivery of high-quality advisory services aligned with global standards.

Key Responsibility:

  • Climate strategy project development and implementation including low carbon economy transitions, GHG emissions reduction actions and plans, climate and strategies, (SBT), climate-related financial risks and opportunity assessment, scenario analysis, mitigation and adaptation strategies, carbon credit project, etc. 
  • Development of corporate programs such as strategy, process, strategy, double , sustainable supply chain management, program, etc.
  • GHG WRI/IPCC Protocol and Guidance, Life Cycle Analysis (), Corporate Social Responsibility ()/ reporting utilizing Global Reporting Initiative () Standards, SET reporting guidelines, and other industry-specific tools.
  • Support in response to indices, such as S&P Corporate Assessment (S&P CSA), , FTSE Russell, etc.
  • Development of corporate reports and others in both Thai and English, including writing, editing and proofreading content.
  • Support to assess business programs for social needs by measuring and valuing business broader societal impacts using concepts such as Social / Environmental Return on Investment, Protocol, Creating Shared Value, etc.
  • Utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance project efficiency, research, report development, and knowledge management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with ERM's quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, , or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in , Climate Change, or -related project.
  • Hands-on expertise in climate strategy development, GHG reduction planning, net-zero roadmaps, and corporate program is a plus.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, regulators, and multidisciplinary project teams.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Agile, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools effectively to support research, analysis, content development, and problem-solving.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to evaluate, validate, and refine AI-generated outputs before applying them in professional work.
  • Curious and proactive in adopting emerging digital technologies, including AI, to improve consulting effectiveness and deliver greater value to clients.
  • Strong analytical and assessment skills
  • Business proficiency in English
