Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Analyst to join our Human Resources team. This role supports a broad spectrum of HR functions, including employee lifecycle management, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee engagement, reporting, and people initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings strong coordination and stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, employee movements, confirmation, and offboarding activities

Maintain accurate employee records, HR documentation, and HR system updates in compliance with company policies and local regulations

Coordinate payroll administration activities including payroll input preparation, KPI bonus calculations, attendance verification, and liaison with internal payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely processing

Administer employee benefits, leave management, insurance matters, and other HR operational processes

Drive employee engagement, wellness, and culture initiatives to enhance overall employee experience and workplace morale

Monitor employee feedback and engagement trends, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Coordinate internal HR communications, employee announcements, and people-related initiatives

Support training coordination, HR programmes, and continuous process improvement initiatives

Partner with employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide day-to-day HR operational support

Support HR projects and other operational responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Minimum 2–4 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in HR operations, payroll, employee engagement, or employee lifecycle management

Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail

Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR systems
-
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
