Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.

We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.

Your Opportunity Starts Here.

•    Leverage analytics, stress testing, and scenario analysis to ensure resilience across economic cycles.
•    Partner closely with Analytics teams to pre-empt and mitigate portfolio deterioration.

Business Partnership & Strategy
•    Act as a strategic partner to Business, Product, and Marketing teams in driving cards and personal loans; or other unsecured products in due time, to support business growth.
•    Provide independent and constructive challenge to commercial strategies while enabling innovation.
•    Support expansion initiatives (new products, digital channels, partnerships) with robust risk frameworks.

•    Set clear performance expectations aligned to portfolio and business outcomes.
•    Drive digitalisation and automation of credit decisioning to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
•    Strengthen risk culture, ensuring disciplined and consistent decision-making across the team.

Job Requirements
•    Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline.
•    Minimum 12–15 years of experience in unsecured consumer credit risk, with deep exposure to Credit Cards and/or Personal Loans.
•    Proven track record in managing large-scale portfolios and delivering risk-adjusted growth.
