You will optimize client designs for power efficiency and while directing cross-functional teams to deliver multi-year execution roadmaps. This role requires a visionary leader blending technical expertise with business acumen to ensure clients achieve strategic superiority and excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end consulting engagements from ideation to delivery, spanning strategy, operational transformation, and digital change management.
  • Lead evaluations for new technologies like liquid cooling, 800G networking, and modular DC designs to support AI/GPU workloads.
  • Collaborate with clients’ finance, operations, and engineering teams to create CapEx/OpEx models, ROI analyses, and vendor RFPs for DC builds and upgrades.
  • Oversee initiatives, targeting PUE reductions, integration, and compliance with global carbon regulations.
  • Manage a team of strategic consultants and analysts, mentoring on DC best practices and fostering innovation in edge and hyperscale environments.
  • Conduct risk assessments for supply chain, geopolitics, and resilience, recommending strategies for multi-region redundancy.
  • Present strategies to executive leadership and board, translating technical roadmaps into business impacts like TCO savings and uptime guarantees.
  • Mentor, coach, and develop future consultants through hiring, training, and upskilling efforts, building and inspiring high-performing diverse teams.
  • Contribute to Accenture’s knowledge assets, white papers, and represent the practice at key events and industry bodies as a thought leader.

Preferred Skills

  • Proven track record managing DC portfolios valued at $500M+ in assets.
  • Deep expertise in DC metrics (PUE, WUE), architectures (spine-leaf, DCI), and tools (DCIM like Nlyte, Sunbird).
  • Experience with major vendors (e.g., Schneider, Vertiv, Arista, NVIDIA) and standards (Uptime Institute Tier certifications, ).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling (Excel, Tableau) and project management (e.g., PMP or Agile).
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for C-level presentations.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies—AI, GenAI, Edge, Analytics, Cloud—and ability to drive their adoption in next-generation data centers.
  • Expertise in AI data center consulting demands (e.g., high-density racks, RDMA fabrics).
  • Knowledge of edge DC strategies and liquid immersion cooling (preferable).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunication, Computer Science or related field; Master's or MBA preferred.
  • 10+ years in data center operations, strategy, or infrastructure, with 5+ years in leadership roles at hyperscalers, colocation providers, or operators.
