Role Overview

The Digital Transformation & Executive supports the advancement of digitalization and initiatives across IREM Department. This role integrates technology, data analytics, and practices to improve operational efficiency, resource optimization, and Green Mark certification performance. The incumbent contributes to the digitalization of key operational processes, the implementation of real-time technology systems and reporting, and the enhancement of collaboration among various stakeholder including operational teams, consultants and client representatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Digitalization and Technology enablement

  • Undertake the role of Digital Services Officer, responsible for the management and administration of multiple digital system / platforms (e.g., CMMS, digital forms, and reporting tools), encompassing user access control, system configuration, platform integrations, routine operational maintenance and troubleshooting.

  • Analyse system-generated data to derive insights that support continuous improvement and data driven decision-making.

  • Support the project management of system-related initiatives, including requirements gathering, user acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and post‑implementation support.

  • Identify and implement digital solutions that streamline operations, systems, and processes, with a clear focus on enhancing productivity and optimizing resource use.

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, system training materials, and quick-reference guides to support effective use of digital tools.

  • To support digital transformation initiatives across department and engage with client stakeholders to align digital strategies with operational goals.

  • To conduct onboarding and refresher training for internal teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and consistent, effective use of digital systems and tools.

2. and Green Mark Certification

  • Coordinate with the Consultants to achieve BCA Green Mark certification for department managed properties.

  • Develop and implement digital reporting systems for metrics, enabling monitoring of utilities consumption, recycling data, and environmental impact.

  • To support implement roadmaps and action plans to achieve the government’s “10:10:30 GreenGov” targets, , ensuring alignment with client and regulatory objectives

  • Contribute to the development of and digitalization capability statements and case studies, ensuring high-quality documentation that showcases organisational expertise, project outcomes, and value propositions.

  • Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor to support smooth workflow and timely delivery of tasks.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Education: Diploma in , Environmental Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related fields.

  • Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of relevant experience in , digital transformation, or data analytics within the built environment or facilities management industry.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent dashboards)

    • Familiarity with Smart Facilities management, IoT applications, building management systems, and digital platforms

    • Knowledge of Green Mark requirements and certification processes is an added advantage.

  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, excellent and communication skills, proactive and collaborative approach to project management.
