Resonsibilites:
- Prepare and submit Title V Semi-Annual and Annual Reports in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and implement environmental programs, including Waste Management and Air Quality.
- Develop and conduct environmental training sessions for staff.
- Oversee the emissions testing program for engines and heaters.
- Remain current on environmental laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Participate in corporate environmental audits and assessments.
- Provide expert guidance on environmental compliance with internal teams and departments.
- Maintains sufficient professional expertise and proficiency in discipline to achieve Company expectations and perform technical assignments.
Skills:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in air quality compliance is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Experience in managing environmental programs related to air, water, and waste.
- Proficiency in problem-solving and data analysis.
- Strong background in environmental compliance.
- Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with operations personnel and regulatory agencies.
Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED required with ten (10) years of relevant environmental experience in process industry (e.g., refining, midstream, petrochemical, or other heavy industrial), or Bachelor’s degree in a HES-related field with five (5) years of relevant environmental experience, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with two (2) years of relevant environmental experience.

Ability to develop business acumen and technical knowledge.

Valid Driver's license is required.
