Key skills and prior experience that align well with this position

  • Extensive compliance or regulatory experience within Financial Services, either in-house or advisory, with strong knowledge of Financial Regulator rules and guidance.
  • Proven expertise in Enterprise Risk and Operational Risk management.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams of compliance specialists and driving high-quality client delivery.
  • Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities collaboratively, coupled with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

What type of work will I be doing?

  • Providing technical expertise to assist clients in managing regulatory requirements effectively.
  • Leading and managing client engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high standards.
  • Interpreting and implementing regulatory requirements and developing compliance frameworks.
  • Designing and delivering tailored regulatory training programmes for clients.
  • Reviewing client documentation to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conducting monitoring and internal audit services focused on regulatory compliance.
  • Offering on-call advisory support and secondments to client Compliance Functions.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop new business opportunities and enhance service offerings.
