You drive Salesforce development for Swisscom’s Network Construction. In a mature, connected CRM platform, you design and build complex, customized solutions. You shape the architecture and co-create a future-proof, high-performance CRM landscape. Together with business and integration teams, you collaborate in an agile setup and stay hands-on. 

Role highlights 

• End-to-end Salesforce development covering solution design, build, testing and deployment 

• Integrated solution architecture for new use cases across the CRM landscape 

• Co-create and coordinate the Salesforce roadmap at Swisscom 

• Define security architecture and data protection within the CRM domain 

• Align with business stakeholders and partner systems, drive integrations and effort estimations 

Your skills 

Technical and experience 

• Advanced Apex development, including triggers and asynchronous processing 

• Expertise with Lightning Web Components, including architecture and reactivity 

• Solid programming patterns and layered design, plus REST API integrations 

• Platform administration across profiles, roles, permission sets, validation rules, flows and sharing 

Personal and languages 

• Strong analytical thinking and debugging skills 

• Solution-oriented, communicative and a strong team player 

• Willing to take on coordination responsibilities and ownership 

• Fluent English; German is a big plus
