Job description
Chandler Fab is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Office Manager to support site leadership and drive operational excellence across our office environment. This role is central to maintaining daily operations, enabling leader effectiveness, enhancing employee engagement, and ensuring a seamless workplace experience.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, demonstrates strong ownership, and continuously looks for ways to improve processes, communication, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office & Administrative Operations: Manage org charts, SharePoint updates, access requests, security checklists, space planning, and office setup (cubes, signage, layout).
- Leadership & Calendar Support: Coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and site-wide schedules; maintain organizational calendar (events, audits, communications).
- Communication & Engagement: Drive site communications (daily/monthly updates, displays), manage distribution lists, support engagement initiatives and reporting.
- Recognition & Employee Experience: Lead awards programs (gift cards, recognition events), onboarding coordination, employee celebrations, and service milestones.
- Events & Site Coordination: Plan and execute leadership sessions, events, catering, travel, and facility coordination.
- Finance & Budgeting: Manage POs, expense reconciliation, budgets, payroll reporting, and vendor approvals.
- Supplies & Facilities Management: Oversee office, IT, and breakroom supplies; manage inventory, vendors, service tickets, and workplace readiness.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements; leverage Office 365/Copilot to enhance team efficiency and streamline workflows.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3–5+ years in office management, executive support, or operations
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing calendars, budgets, and vendors
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Excel)
- Experience with Workday, Concur, or similar systems preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams in a fast-paced environment
