Job Summary: We are looking for a Social Media Consultant with deep expertise in developing and executing strategic social media initiatives across organic and paid channels. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of content strategy, audience engagement, paid social campaigns, and social media performance measurements. They have hands-on experience with tools and platforms such as Sprinklr, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube, and are skilled in using analytics and social listening tools to inform strategy and optimize impact. The candidate should also be up to date with the latest AI trends on social media marketing and able to drive conversations around it. The consultant will collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to align social media efforts with overall business goals, driving brand awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute integrated social media strategies across organic and paid channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business outcomes
- Plan and manage paid social campaigns on platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter/X, WhatsApp and YouTube
- Ability to build strategies and chart out end to end delivery roadmaps around influencer marketing, ORM and social commerce
- Create and optimize content calendars, ensuring alignment with marketing, brand, and business objectives
- Monitor, analyze, report and advice on social media performance using tools like Sprinklr and/or other analytics tools to design strategy and optimize ROI
- Leverage social listening and audience insights to refine messaging, targeting, and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, analytics, and product teams to ensure cohesive multi-channel campaigns
- Track emerging social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage
- Manage stakeholder communications, including campaign updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations
- Support senior team members in proposal solutioning in the relevant field
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience managing paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and YouTube
- Expertise in developing content calendars, engagement strategies, and campaign planning for organic and paid channels
- Proficiency in Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or equivalent for multi-channel publishing, monitoring, and reporting
- Ability to track KPIs such as engagement, reach, CTR, conversions, and ROI using analytics dashboards and reporting tools
- Knowledge of optimizing posts for platforms basis best practices and driving community interactions wherever relevant
- Understanding of global social media trends, emerging formats, and competitor activity to inform strategy
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to align social strategy with marketing, brand, and business objectives
