What you'll experience with us:

• Planning, conducting, and evaluating training and workshops in occupational safety and health protection for our clients
• On-site diagnostics to assess the current safety culture and develop tailored solutions to build a strong safety culture in our client companies
• Identifying risks, conducting risk assessments, and supporting the development of preventive measures to minimize accidents and environmental impacts
• Advising and supporting our clients in implementing standards and legal regulations in occupational safety and health protection
• Regular review and updating of safety guidelines and procedures to ensure they meet current best practices and legal requirements
• Regular travel to our domestic clients

What makes you special:

• Completed degree or comparable training with a focus on environmental protection, occupational safety, health, or sustainability
• Proven experience as an H&S expert with in-depth knowledge of legal regulations and industry standards in occupational safety and environmental protection
• Experience in conducting training and workshops as well as implementing safety cultures in companies
• Analytical thinking and the ability to identify complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication skills in German and English to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
• Team player with a passion for environmental protection and sustainable business development
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
