Job Summary

In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies and various promotional plans to promote our service "ASUENE".

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, optimize, and implement PDCA cycles for digital marketing strategies
• Design, implement, analyze, and improve advertising strategies using platforms such as Google, Yahoo, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
• Coordinate and negotiate with agencies

Requirements

Essential Skills

• At least 1 year of web marketing experience
• B2B marketing experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer success/CRM areas
• Marketing experience across various channels, both online and offline
• Project management experience across teams

Employment Details

• Employment Type: Full-time employee
• Salary: 4,000,000 - 5,500,000 yen per year (Determined based on experience and ability according to the company's grade-based salary range)
• Work Location: WeWork 4F, KDX Toranomon 1-chome Bldg, 1-10-5 Toranomon, Minato-ku, Tokyo 105-0001
• Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (8 working hours: 1 hour break)
• Overtime: Available (45 hours deemed overtime)
• Holidays: Complete 2-day weekends (Sat-Sun), national holidays, New Year holidays (Dec 29-Jan 3), special leave
