Job description

Job Summary

As a US Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading Asuene's expansion into the US market from the ground up.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Promote overseas business and sales activities (IS, FS) centered on the United States
  • Develop B2B sales systems
  • Analyze KPIs
  • Identify and implement improvement measures
  • Create and standardize sales materials
  • Train team members

Team Structure:

The team consists of one Japanese US Country Manager and two locally hired staff, totaling three members. Future expansion is planned through both local and Japanese recruitment.

Requirements

Essential Skills:

  • University or graduate degree
  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Experience in Inside Sales and Field Sales (Playing Manager role)
  • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 800 (daily conversation level or above)

Preferred Skills:

  • Business-level or higher English proficiency
  • Experience working in overseas postings or international business
