Job Description

Support across a variety of Talent Acquisition activities including overall recruitment, graduate recruitment, talent pipelining, referral program, new hire onboarding, diversity & inclusion initiatives and contributing to the overall achievement of wider HR strategic objectives. This role can be based out of our Auckland office or our Hawkes Bay site!

Please note: this is a 12 month fixed term contract!

This role is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

  • Supporting the Talent Acquisition Team with recruitment across Australia and New Zealand
  • Managing and updating candidates on their progress throughout the recruitment process, shortlisting of applicants, scheduling interviews and phone screening candidates for specific roles
  • Talent pooling, building candidate pipelines, proactive sourcing, reference checking
  • Drafting, posting and maintaining job advertisements on our internal careers site and external job boards such as SEEK, LinkedIn, indeed etc
  • Supporting weekly and monthly reporting activities for the TA team
  • Managing and maintaining the ANZ referral program and the [email protected] inbox
  • Supporting graduate program recruitment, employer branding activities, university relations activities and careers fairs
  • Help the ANZ Talent Acquisition team to stay up to date on the latest industry & employment trends and come up with creative solutions to solve complex talent problems in the business
  • Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.

About you:

  • Relevant undergraduate degree preferred
  • Exposure to Recruitment, Human Resources, Payroll or Customer Service roles previously
  • Experience working as part of a team but also demonstrating ability to operate independently and autonomously
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Powerpoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to learn and work with multiple systems and websites such as LinkedIn, SEEK, Indeed, HRIS systems (Workday)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple challenges
  • Capability to work to tight deadlines if required
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Comfortable having phone-based and in-person conversations with people and delivering feedback via phone and in-person on a regular basis
  • Planning, coordinating, and scheduling experience with an ability to manage multiple appointments
