Partners is a strategic function within Bank of Singapore, CIO Office that builds out and strengthens the bank’s -led value proposition across investment, business and multigenerational client needs.
The team develops and drives client centric solutions, drives cross-bank collaboration across Bank of Singapore, OCBC Group as well as ecosystem partnerships. The team also delivers tools, programs and advisory capabilities that enhances client engagement and client impact.
Responsibilities
The Partner Specialist will play a pivotal role in supporting the bank’s USP by driving initiatives that deliver client and business impact. This role focuses on governance and business management for the Partners team, coordination with OCBC Group’s Chief Office, and execution of key programs such as the Forum and ecosystem partnerships to drive client and business impact. The position requires strong organizational, stakeholder management, and strategic execution skills to ensure objectives are embedded across the bank’s client engagement and operational frameworks.
Partner USP Build out & Commercialization Tracks
- Drive assigned initiatives under the Partners USP, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
Ecosystem Partnerships

Build and manage partnerships with external organizations to enhance education and engagement for clients, including multi-generational segments.

Identify collaboration opportunities that create tangible client impact.
Forum Execution

Plan and deliver regional Forums (SG, HK, , Dubai) with a focus on client engagement and thought leadership.

Develop agendas, coordinate speakers, and ensure forums reinforce BOS’s proposition.
Group Interface &

Act as the primary liaison with OCBC Group CSO on messaging, reporting, and strategic alignment.

Monitor KPIs for assigned initiatives and prepare regular progress reports.

Support OKRs and metrics tracking for the Partners team.

Represent the Partners team in group-level meetings and forums.
Client Engagement & Consultation process

Support client facing teams and stakeholders in embedding considerations into client conversations and portfolio reviews across business, investment and multi-gen tracks.

Provide insights, data packs, and advisory inputs to align client objectives with solutions pulling from group -related solutions.

Assist in translating client goals into actionable investment and wealth strategies.

Coordinate reporting and impact measurement for -linked portfolios and initiatives.

Ensure governance, documentation, and compliance with internal policies throughout the consultation process.
Governance & Business Management

Maintain governance frameworks, policies, and procedures for initiatives.

Manage team-level budget planning to optimize ROI.

Coordinate audit requirements and ensure compliance with internal standards.
Qualifications

Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant industry experience

Relevant experience in research with solid demonstrable experience in working directly with Senior Management

Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess strong communication, influencing and presentation skills

Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal
