ERM Brazil is seeking a new Senior Sustainability Consultant to join our team in São Paulo. We are looking for a Senior Sustainability Consultant with advanced experience in managing socio-environmental and climatic risks and implementing ESG strategies. The ideal candidate will lead sustainability advisory services, develop comprehensive strategies and policies, and coordinate the implementation of sustainable practices within the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design and lead the implementation of sustainability strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate socio-environmental and climatic risks, ensuring compliance with international regulations and standards.
• Develop and review sustainability-related policies and procedures, ensuring conformity with regulations and best practices.
• Provide expert advice to senior management and other departments on sustainable strategies and practices.
• Prepare and present sustainability reports to senior management and internal committees and manage communication with external stakeholders.
• Coordinate and supervise sustainability team members and collaborate with other areas of the organization to integrate sustainable practices.
• Research and recommend new opportunities and technologies to enhance the company's environmental and social performance.

Requirements:

• Between 1 and 5 years in sustainability consulting or similar roles, with experience in implementing ESG strategies in large organizations.
• University degree in areas related to Environmental Management, Environmental Sciences, Sustainability, or similar.
• Postgraduate qualifications or additional certifications are a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of ESG frameworks (TCFD, SASB, CDP), advanced analytical skills, ability to present complex reports, and experience in team management.
• Advanced English; other languages are valued.
