Your tasks

• Creation of renovation roadmaps for existing buildings and energy concepts for new buildings of all asset classes
• Conducting energy calculations and simulations
• Inventory assessments, data analysis and report creation in ESG area
• Consulting and supporting our clients regarding energy efficiency and sustainability
• Collaboration with project team and external service providers

Your qualifications

• Completed degree in Building Physics or comparable field
• Experience in planning and implementing energy concepts and renovation roadmaps
• Knowledge of building physics, energy efficiency and sustainability, and application of related standards (e.g. DIN V 18599)
• Energy consultant certification is advantageous
• Initial experience in BIM is desirable
• Ability to understand and analyze complex relationships
