Main Responsibilities
The professional to be admitted at the Senior Consultant level will have as main responsibilities the development and operationalization of consulting projects in the sustainability area, having the opportunity to work with companies from various sectors on several projects, from defining and implementing their sustainability agendas to measuring and reporting performance. We highlight, among others:
- Implementation of new sustainability reporting rules resulting from the CSRD Directive and ESRS standards
- Development of ESG investment strategies and frameworks
- Support in implementing the European Environmental Taxonomy Regulation
- Development of decarbonization initiatives, including processes for engaging with internal and external stakeholders and cost/benefit analysis (SBTi)
- Development of policies and strategies in Sustainability areas
Requirements
To apply for this position, you should have:
- Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Engineering, Management, Economics, or similar, with additional training in sustainability-related areas being valued
- Minimum experience of 3 to 5 years
- Relevant knowledge in sustainability matters
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Ability to work in a team and good communication skills
- Positive mindset and focus on problem-solving
Additional Valued Skills
- Experience in sustainable finance, climate change, and/or sustainability reporting
- Strong numerical aptitude and intermediate/advanced level of Excel
- Experience in client contact
