Job description

Bloomberg is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Beijing-based commercial team for BloombergNEF (BNEF). The role involves managing client portfolios across Mainland China, originating new client relationships, and driving partnership discussions.

Responsibilities:

  • Source new business opportunities for BNEF services
  • Manage, renew, and up-sell existing clients
  • Assist in booking meetings with senior decision makers
  • Respond to client requests promptly
  • Maintain accurate customer and sales information
  • Prepare content presentations for senior audiences
  • Coordinate client events

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in the energy sector or in sales
  • Business proficiency in English and Mandarin
  • Knowledge of the energy or ESG sector
  • Experience in business development support
  • Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude
