Job description
Bloomberg is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Beijing-based commercial team for BloombergNEF (BNEF). The role involves managing client portfolios across Mainland China, originating new client relationships, and driving partnership discussions.
Responsibilities:
- Source new business opportunities for BNEF services
- Manage, renew, and up-sell existing clients
- Assist in booking meetings with senior decision makers
- Respond to client requests promptly
- Maintain accurate customer and sales information
- Prepare content presentations for senior audiences
- Coordinate client events
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in the energy sector or in sales
- Business proficiency in English and Mandarin
- Knowledge of the energy or ESG sector
- Experience in business development support
- Strong teamwork and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and positive attitude
