Requirements:

• Professional Studies: Social Worker, Anthropologist, Sociologist, or related disciplines in humanities and social sciences (essential).
• Advanced conversational and written English.
• 1 to 4 years of experience associated with social territory management (socialization process, interaction with local authorities/dissemination, evaluation of compliance with social commitments in environmental management instruments and/or prior consultation processes).
• Definition of guidelines for social management (e.g., stakeholder mapping, social management plans).
• Desirable knowledge and analysis of human rights risks.
• Experience in field activities and social management in ethnic or non-ethnic communities.
• Previous experience in international standards (IFC PS, EP) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Ability to multitask, and autonomy to manage time and deliveries.
• Experience in data documentation, reports, and detailed records.
• Availability to travel and perform fieldwork.

Responsibilities:

• Execution of fieldwork.
• Compilation of primary and secondary information, analysis, and writing of socioeconomic characterization in different dimensions of the Socioeconomic Environment.
• Recording and analysis of data, reports, and detailed written reports in English and Spanish.
• Work under international standards (IFC PS, EP) is desirable but not mandatory.
• Development of field activities and social management in ethnic or non-ethnic communities.
