Your mission: As a Senior Consultant specializing in Health and Safety, you will play a central role in managing and carrying out projects related to worker health and safety for our clients. You will be the guarantor of the quality and efficiency of deliverables, while working alongside experts to transform our clients' safety performance.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Lead complex health and safety projects in industrial environments, in France and internationally, while meeting expectations in terms of objectives, budget, and deadlines.
• Assessments and Compliance: Conduct in-depth evaluations of safety culture and compliance of industrial facilities, and implement corrective actions to ensure compliance with current regulations.
• Consulting and Customized Solutions: Co-design and implement tailored solutions to improve safety performance, and guide our clients towards excellence.
• Training and Cultural Transformation: Facilitate training sessions to transform safety culture within client organizations and engage all hierarchical levels in this transformation process.
• Client Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong and lasting relationships with our clients, identifying sales opportunities and ensuring their loyalty.
• Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with project teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project progress and quality of deliverables.

Required Profile:

• Health and Safety Expert: Hold a Master's degree in Hygiene and Safety or a related discipline, with over 10 years of experience in a consulting environment or in the industrial sector.
• Client and Solution Oriented: You have an excellent understanding of industrial issues and are able to propose effective solutions adapted to client needs.
• Communicative and Leader: Comfortable communicating in French and English, you know how to manage and motivate teams, while ensuring smooth collaboration with all partners.
• Mobility: Available for frequent travel (about 50% of the time), you are ready to fully invest yourself in supporting our clients in the field.
