Job Description

You will join Mirova's 10-person equity management team, taking charge of managing funds related to a specific theme. Your daily responsibilities include:

• Managing the portfolio
• Performing financial analysis of companies linked to the theme
• Ensuring commercial development of funds and customer support in collaboration with sales forces
• Coaching and training junior managing analysts
• Effectively dialoguing and interacting with your environment (colleagues, ESG analysts, risk, compliance, middle office)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Over 15 years of experience in global equity management functions, ideally holding the CFA
• Familiar with financial analysis, portfolio construction, and sustainability topics and ESG management
• Excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening ability
• Synthetic and rigorous approach
• C1 level English proficiency
