Job Description
You will join Mirova's 10-person equity management team, taking charge of managing funds related to a specific theme. Your daily responsibilities include:
- Managing the portfolio
- Performing financial analysis of companies linked to the theme
- Ensuring commercial development of funds and customer support in collaboration with sales forces
- Coaching and training junior managing analysts
- Effectively dialoguing and interacting with your environment (colleagues, ESG analysts, risk, compliance, middle office)

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
- Over 15 years of experience in global equity management functions, ideally holding the CFA
- Familiar with financial analysis, portfolio construction, and sustainability topics and ESG management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening ability
- Synthetic and rigorous approach
- C1 level English proficiency
