Our Managed Data, Analytics & Insights team will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations harness the power of their enterprise data/analytics solutions by optimizing the technology while driving innovation to increase business outcomes and through data insights.

We assist our clients in capitalizing on technology improvements, implementing new capabilities and achieving operational insights by managing, maintaining and evolving their analytics platforms and ecosystems. We help our clients maximize the value of their investment focusing on continuous improvement of their analytics solutions such as Microsoft, Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Use feedback and reflection to develop self-awareness, personal strengths, and address development areas
• Mentor junior resources within the team, conduct KSS and lessons learned
• Demonstrate critical thinking and bring order to unstructured problems
• Review ticket quality and deliverables
• Status reporting for the project
• Adhere to SLAs, manage incidents, changes, and problems
• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Use appropriate tools and explain reasons for choices
• Seek opportunities for exposure to different situations and perspectives
• Communicate effectively and build quality relationships
• Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities and work directly with clients
• Manage workstreams and collaborate across teams
• Take up cross-competency work and contribute to COE activities
• Manage escalations and risks

Required Skills

• Python/SAS, Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling (6+ years experience)
• SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, Excel Macro
• Predictive Modeling & Machine Learning techniques (regression analysis, decision trees, random forest, neural networks)
• Clustering & Classification methods (K-means, hierarchical clustering)
• Dimensionality Reduction & Feature Engineering (PCA, feature selection)
• Data analytics & reporting
• Problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and analytical abilities
• Experience in Managed Data and Analytics programs (5+ years)

• Pharma / Med Tech experience
