To help strengthen our external profile and growth pipeline, we are seeking a Senior Change Management / Program Manager to join ERM's Global Digital Services Team.
In this client-facing role, you will apply strong Project Management skills and change management expertise to effectively support business leaders in progressing a transformation, managing a governance and helping assist, track and measure change. As a Senior Consultant, you will also provide objective, independent advice on off-the-shelf or custom-built, third-party technologies and knowledge of the market presence of these technologies within our clients.
The successful candidate will be an experienced professional with effective client communication skills and a successful track record in project management. You will demonstrate strong functional and technical skills along with a deep understanding of global EHS and sustainability business capabilities, regulatory requirements and project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Project Management Office for a large client with complex business functions
- Coordinate and collaborate with internal team and external stakeholders
- Execute against and establish rigor around governance plan, ensuring quality control
- Exercise project management controls
- Manage work breakdown structure, budget management and quality management
- Work closely with change managers to help people along the change continue
Qualifications:
- Experienced in Change Management
- Utility experience as well as anything to do with GIS
- LEAN Certifications a plus
Compensation and Benefits:
- Annual base pay range: $77,760 – $85,878 (USD)
- Eligible for an annual discretionary based performance bonus
