Senior Consultant | Audit

Job Description & Summary

At PwC Poland, we approach audit comprehensively - we don't limit ourselves to accounting and reporting. Our auditors are advisors who look holistically at companies' operations, using their experience, competencies, and technologies in providing audit services. We work in General Audit of commercial, manufacturing, and service companies, as well as in Financial Institutions Audit. We build lasting business relationships with our clients, analyzing in detail their company strategies and operating principles.

Your Future Role:

  • Conducting interesting and challenging audit projects for Polish and international clients (audits, reviews of financial statements, consolidation packages, projects related to internal control systems assessment)
  • Practical application of knowledge of Polish and international accounting standards
  • Participation in advisory projects in the area of accounting and internal control
  • Managing and supervising the work of junior team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in auditing financial statements in an external audit firm
  • Higher education
  • Good knowledge of accounting regulations and readiness for continuous learning and development
  • Ability to use theoretical knowledge and translate it into practical guidelines and solution proposals
  • Team player with initial experience in supervising project team work
  • Fluent in English

Nice to Have:

  • In the process of obtaining professional qualifications (PIBR, ACCA)
